In the Testing unit we map the entire process chain for our customers on request. The services range from benchmarking to technical documentation, test planning, test bench design and construction, performance of tests, evaluation, creation of engineering specifications, to the drawing up of a final report. In practice, for our clients this means: whether they need to test single components or whole vehicles, Semcon offers assistance designed to get solutions.

Our staff is available to customers the world over, in all development phases. This goes for driving tests, for climate and environment simulations and for functional, endurance and safety testing. Upon request the Semcon engineers and technicians look after test benches and testing right on the manufacturer’s premises within the scope of so-called operator models.

At facilities located close to the customer we not only have experienced testing teams and test drivers of many years’ standing at our disposal, but also equipment which is suitable for many testing requirements. The specific structure of our company with short chains of communication and lean decision-making processes additionally makes it possible to effectively involve other skill areas and jointly find an optimal way to reach a solution for the customer.
